New mothers have the option to share their baby photos with us to celebrate the birth of their baby. We receive basic contact information from you to reach out and make arrangements to receive your photo to put onto our website. By submitting a photo to Women’s Premier OBGYN, you are releasing copyright permission to us for use the photograph on our website. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
We provide two contact forms on the website: one for submitting a request to share a baby photo on our website and the other to request an appointment or reach out to us with questions. Information collected from these forms are strictly to provide service to you and do not include any information that violates HIPAA. None of the information you submit will be stored in the database.
Analytics
